This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to keep our inventory up to date. If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or a later delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and displayed before you complete your order.

The final shipping price depends on:

Delivery address
Weight and size of the order
Selected shipping method
3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.

4. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Delivery Times
Germany

Economy: 5 to 8 business days – Free

Standard: 3 to 4 business days – €17.34

Please note that in exceptional cases, delays may occur, for example, due to high demand or logistical problems with the shipping provider.

6. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.

7. Changing the Delivery Address

Changing the delivery address is only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Damaged Packages

If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:

If possible, please send us photos of the damaged goods and packaging.

9. Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation together with the shipping provider. After confirmation of the loss, we will offer you either a replacement shipment or a refund.

10. Customs and Import Duties

Within the European Union, no additional customs duties are usually incurred. For shipments outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. After shipment, our return and cancellation policy applies.
